Founder & Creative Director | Lead Architect
Kallirroi Tzimika
Kallirroi received her Degree in Architecture from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki with a distinction in 2003 and went on to complete a Master’s degree at the Architectural Association School of London, earning a Master of Science in Sustainable Environmental Design.
She has collaborated with leading architectural firms across Greece and, from 2011 to 2014, taught undergraduate architectural design studios at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.
In 2011, she founded K Tzimika Architects in Ptolemaida, envisioning a practice rooted in strong architectural concepts and committed to precision, coherence, and spatial character. Her work focuses on residential, commercial, and hospitality projects, with a keen interest in functionality, material expression, and the spatial experience.
She sees architecture as a collaborative process and a conscious act of responsibility, remaining closely involved in every stage — from concept to completion.
She loves travelling, pilates, Formula 1, and a good gin & tonic.
Project Manager | Licensed Electrical Installer
Ioannis Karastogiannis
Ioannis holds a license as a Category B Electrical Installer and specializes in lighting studies and automation systems for residential and commercial spaces. He has over 18 years of experience working as a contractor in building electrical installations.
Since 2018, he has been Project Manager at K Tzimika Architects, bringing his extensive technical knowledge in electromechanical systems and construction supervision, ensuring precision and quality in the execution of complex architectural projects.
He loves nature, music, and hiking.
Architect
Maria Avramidou
Maria is an architect engineer who studied at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and holds an MSc degree in Environmental Design of Cities and Buildings from the Hellenic Open University. During her studies, she participated in the Erasmus program at the Polytechnic University of Madrid (UPM).
Maria has taken part in research projects and conferences, such as the 2nd Environmental Design Conference (ICED2021), with the topic “The interaction of contemporary architectural design with the environment, evaluation and application in urban open spaces for the development of resilient cities.”
Since 2022, she has been working as an architect engineer at K Tzimika Architects, contributing to architectural design studies, 3D visualization, and implementation studies.
She loves traveling, reading, walking, and caring for her dog.
Architect
Grammatiki Promogianni
Grammatiki holds a degree from the School of Architecture at the Democritus University of Thrace. During her studies, she attended a range of seminars and workshops related to architecture, design, and management.
Since 2022, she has been a key member of the office’s team, contributing to the design of small- and medium-scale projects, with a particular focus on residential architecture. At the same time, she teaches freehand and technical drawing to prospective architecture students.
She enjoys painting, cooking, reading, and mountain excursions.
Architect
Eleana Aspragathou
Eleana holds a diploma in architecture from School of Architecture at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. During her studies, her academic work was selected for participation in the Young Talent Architecture Award (YTAA) — part of the Mies van der Rohe Awards — and in the 17th Venice Biennale of Architecture, representing Greece in the national pavilion “Boulevard de la Société des Nations”, focused on the axis of Aristotelous Street in Thessaloniki, under the central theme “How will we live together?”.
Today, she works as a freelance architect, designing and realizing projects of small to medium scale. She has been collaborating with the office since 2021. Alongside architecture, she explores the medium of handcrafted and digital collage, experimenting with its applications in visual composition and spatial narratives.
She loves music, bold color, and nectarines.
Architect
Theodora Lialia
Theodora is a graduate of the School of Architecture at the Polytechnic of Xanthi (D.U.Th.). She works in the field of architectural design, with experience in residential projects, tourism complexes, as well as interior design for both commercial spaces and private homes.
She has participated in workshops and seminars focused on natural and bioclimatic architecture and construction.
Since 2021, she has been actively collaborating with K Tzimika Architects as an external partner.
She loves architecture and traveling.
