The project involves the design and implementation of a new store offering skincare and cosmetic products for women, men, and children in the city of Ptolemaida.
The client envisioned a luxurious, welcoming space with a distinct identity, dedicated to health and beauty. The store had to accommodate a wide range of dermocosmetics, wellness and makeup items, as well as a specially designed children’s section.
The selected space is a bright ground-floor store with a 10-meter-long street façade and an impressive ceiling height of 5.5 meters.
An open mezzanine runs along the side and rear walls, creating a central double-height area connected by a staircase. The core design concept is based on free-flowing, curved lines inspired by the human body, guiding the visitor through the various zones: skincare, bodycare, men’s care, baby products, premium selections, and seasonal items.
The layout begins at the entrance with a floor pattern that leads into the space through a double-height metal arch structure. The same curved geometry forms the cash desk and envelops the staircase with a sculptural gesture, softening its structural rigidity. Wedge-shaped islands with soft curves are scattered across the space, creating product display areas finished in blush pink and white lacquer. A circular planting island at the center references the store’s focus on nature.
The children’s section at the back adopts a more playful tone, with angular, house-like shapes and a colorful palette. The design was completed in September 2022, delivering a refined, human-centered environment with a cohesive identity that blends luxury with warmth and approachability.
